

2023 Sports Performance Camp
Camp Overview:
The Outing Club’s Sports Performance Camp for Middle School students is an open-level camp designed to develop skills for student athletes with a passion for individual and youth sports. The Camp will focus on developmentally appropriate sports specific training, strength and conditioning, and team building exercises. Led by experienced collegiate athletes, coaches, and trainers, this six-week camp will help build your campers understanding of proper techniques to develop speed, strength and endurance all while being mindful of injury prevention and building body awareness.
Each day will include a combination of warmup and stretching, conditioning workouts, basic strength instruction and sports-specific training and games. The schedule will be structured to ensure a balance of instruction, drills, rest and most importantly fun!
Registration Fee: $175/Week

Campers
Age Group:
Open to all student athletes entering grades 6-8
Campers will be introduced to a variety of sports, including but not limited to: basketball, soccer, lacrosse, tennis, baseball, pickleball & more.
Campers should be comfortable receiving coaching and working with teammates to learn new skills and fundamentals.
*Each week of Camp will be limited to 12 campers to ensure appropriate individual attention from our counselors.

Meet Our Team
Our 2023 Sports Performance Camp Team is led by a trio of female collegiate athletes with a passion for helping young athletes reach their full potential in an instructional and safe environment.
We are excited to introduce you to our team and look forward to welcoming a variety of Kearsarge Athletic, Colby-Sawyer College and Mountainside coaches to lead our sport-specific days throughout the summer.

Colby-Sawyer College
Senior
Exercise Science Major
4-Year Member of the CSC Varsity Women's Soccer Team x 3 Year Member of the CSC Track & Field Team
Keiper started playing soccer in 9th grade. She was a starter all four years and a captained her senior season at ConVal Regional High School. She ran one season of track in high school and has competed in three seasons at Colby-Sawyer College.
Fun fact: Keiper is a part of Colby Sawyer's 4x400m relay team holding the indoor school record.

Connecticut College
Sophomore
Government Major, Pre-Law
2-Year Member of the Connecticut College Women's Soccer Team
Camp was a 3 sport, 4 year Varsity Athlete and Captain for the Women’s Soccer, Basketball and Lacrosse teams at Kearsarge Regional High School. She received NHIAA First Team All-State Honors in Soccer, Basketball, and Lacrosse. Camp was the
NHBCO Jack Ford Scholar-Athlete Award (Basketball) recipient in addition to being named to the
NHIAA Academic All-State (Soccer, Basketball, Lacrosse).
Fun fact: Camp loves to hike!

St. Lawrence University
Junior
3-Year Member of the St. Lawrence Women's Lacrosse Team
Camp played basketball, soccer and lacrosse at Kearsarge Regional High School. She was a team captain for all three sports her senior year and earned First-Team All-State honors for lacrosse,Second-Team All-State honors for soccer and Honorable Mention All-State honors for basketball. She earned the NH Athletic Directors Scholar Athlete Award her senior year, the Coaches Award and Coaches Sportsmanship award for basketball. She was a NHIAA Academic All-State for basketball, soccer, and lacrosse her junior and senior year and a four-year honor roll student.
Fun fact: Camp's favorite color is blue!
